1. Why should I buy online from you instead of somewhere else?
Many radiator companies both online and DOWN THE STREET are selling cheap radiators that are made overseas. Buying poor quality, cheap radiators is NOT the way to go. Our radiators are first quality, OE quality radiators, many of which are made by the same companies that make the OE radiators that go in new automobiles. In fact, it's one of the largest radiator warehouses in Central New England. Our delivery time is fast because we either have the part or drop-ship it directly to you from the manufacturer. 2. What do I do if my radiator is damaged during shipment?
Before we ship your radiator we pack it extremely carefully. In the unlikely event that you find damage when it's delivered, refuse the order and contact us at 1-800-291-3279 so we can ship you a replacement radiator right away. If the damage isn't noticed until the box is opened, contact us at 1-800-291-3279 so we can arrange for a fast replacement.
3. My old radiator is metal and the one you sent me is aluminum. Are they interchangeable?
Yes, they are interchangeable. Most aftermarket radiator manufacturers are building radiators out of aluminum because they are lighter and we'll meet or exceed the cooling capability of your old radiator.
4. The radiator you sent me has extra holes that are not on my old radiator. Have I got the correct radiator?
Yes, it's the correct radiator. The extra holes off for either an automatic transmission cooler or an engine oil cooler. You can disregard them. They do not need to be capped off and they will not affect the cooling capability of your radiator.
5. What do I do if the radiator I bought from you starts to leak?
If you experience a problem with your radiator and it's determined to be a manufacturing defect, contact us at 1-800-291-3279 so we can arrange to return and replacement of the defective radiator.
6. What if I order a radiator and then change my mind? Can I send it back?
Yes, you can send it back, as long as it wasn't installed and it's returned in its original box with any and all accessories, including extra fittings, clips, adapters, etc.. The radiator must also be sent back with all the original packaging. we will promptly credit your account upon its return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
7. What if you send me the wrong radiator?
Every effort will be made to send you the correct radiator. But unfortunately, mistakes to happen. If the new radiator looks different compared to your old one, call us at 1-800-291-3279 so we can go over the measurements, determine the problem, and send you a replacement radiator if necessary. (See Question #4, above)
8. How long is my new radiator warranteed for?
all our radiator is carry a lifetime warranty from manufacturers defects. If you experienced a problem with your new radiator, contact us at 1-800-291-3279 so wee can approve the return and make arrangements for a quick replacement.
9. When will my new radiator arrive?
In most cases, your radiator will ship the same day if your order is received by 2:00pm EST. If the order is received after 2:00pm EST, it will ship the next business day. If we are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail as to when your radiator will be shipped. Average transit time, depending on your location is between two to four days provided you are within the 48 continental United States. Remember, your order will be shipped free of charge via a ground service, provided you are within the 48 continental United States. Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost.
